Agreement
These Terms govern access to Bijaly websites, products, beta programs, and related services. By using Bijaly, you agree to these Terms. If you use Bijaly for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for account activity, accurate account information, and keeping credentials secure. We may suspend or limit access if we believe use of the service creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risk.
Plans, Trials, And Billing
Pricing shown on the site is subject to change before purchase or renewal. Trials, beta access, and early-access programs may be limited, modified, or ended at our discretion. Paid plan details are confirmed during checkout or in a signed order.
Refunds And Cancellation
Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are prepaid. If you cancel an annual plan mid-year, we may refund unused months minus a 10% administrative fee unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Beta Products
Sparky, Charlie, and other beta or early-access features may be incomplete, change frequently, or be discontinued. Beta products are provided for evaluation and feedback and should not be relied on as the sole system for critical business operations.
No Professional Advice
Bijaly provides software and informational workflows. It does not replace licensed professional judgment, legal advice, engineering review, code-official interpretation, or local authority requirements. You remain responsible for validating code, permit, scope, and pricing decisions.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Bijaly to violate law, interfere with the service, scrape or resell data without permission, bypass usage limits, submit malicious content, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
Disclaimers And Liability
Bijaly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bijaly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material updates will be reflected on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
